This is a 4-week Healthy Life Style and Behavior Change Modification Program.

Discovering Healthy Eating Patterns/Mindful Eating
Behavior Modification
Healthy Shopping Techniques and Food Label Literacy
Each session will include 45 minutes of interactive and fun filled activities.
Classes are conducted virtually via Zoom
The package includes four 45-minutes sessions.
